Settings

Configure your Cmdop dashboard.

Account Settings

Profile

Update your profile:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Avatar
  • Timezone

Password

Change password:

  1. Enter current password
  2. Enter new password
  3. Confirm new password
  4. Save

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA:

  1. Go to Security
  2. Click “Enable 2FA”
  3. Scan QR code with authenticator app
  4. Enter verification code
  5. Save backup codes

API Tokens

Manage API tokens for SDK and integrations.

Create Token

  1. Go to “API Tokens”
  2. Click “Create Token”
  3. Enter token name
  4. Select permissions
  5. Copy and save token

Permissions

  • machines:read - List machines
  • machines:write - Modify machines
  • commands:execute - Run commands
  • files:read - Read files
  • files:write - Write files
  • schedules:manage - Manage schedules

Revoke Token

  1. Find token in list
  2. Click “Revoke”
  3. Confirm revocation

Email Notifications

Configure email alerts:

  • Machine offline
  • Scheduled task failed
  • Security alerts
  • Weekly reports

Push Notifications

Browser push notifications:

  • Command completion
  • Real-time alerts

Slack Integration

Connect Slack:

  1. Click “Connect Slack”
  2. Authorize Cmdop
  3. Select channel
  4. Choose notification types

Appearance

Theme

  • Light
  • Dark
  • System (auto)

Language

Select interface language.

Display

  • Default view (list/grid)
  • Items per page
  • Date format

Privacy

Data Retention

Configure how long data is kept:

  • Command history: 30/90/365 days
  • Terminal logs: 7/30/90 days
  • Activity logs: 30/90/365 days

Export Data

Download your data:

  1. Click “Export Data”
  2. Select data types
  3. Download ZIP file

Delete Account

Permanently delete account:

  1. Click “Delete Account”
  2. Enter password
  3. Confirm deletion

Warning: This removes all machines, schedules, and data.

Connected Accounts

OAuth Providers

Connect for easier sign-in:

  • Google
  • GitHub
  • Microsoft

Disconnect

  1. Click “Disconnect” next to provider
  2. Confirm disconnection

Sessions

Active Sessions

View all active sessions:

  • Device
  • Location
  • Last activity

Sign Out Everywhere

  1. Click “Sign Out All Sessions”
  2. All other sessions are terminated
  3. You remain signed in on current device
