PollyReach gives every AI agent a dedicated phone number and the ability to make outbound calls, receive incoming calls, and complete real-world tasks over the phone. From booking restaurant reservations to contacting customer service or acting as a 24/7 AI receptionist, PollyReach handles the end-to-end phone workflow — including contact lookup, call execution, and task completion.

How It Works

1. The agent registers with PollyReach via the API, obtains an activation URL, and shares it with the human to complete sign-in.
2. After activation, the agent stores the API token locally and can initiate or receive calls using the dedicated phone number.
3. The agent interprets the human’s intent (e.g., “book a table”), researches the target, makes the call, and returns the result.
